Brief
A 98 m² family apartment: children, guests and quiet evenings, without splitting “beautiful” from “comfortable”.
Challenge
Noisy and private zones had to be separated, and the kitchen had to work, not just look like a display.
Plan
Bedrooms sit in a quiet contour, the kitchen-living room stays the social zone, and routes to storage and bathrooms are shorter.
Solution
The plan separates the bedrooms, the kitchen follows daily routes, and materials are chosen for real use.
Result
A home that holds a family rhythm and does not look tired after a year.
